We send our parcels out using Royal Mail and our orders are being impacted by the ongoing strike days. Please order early for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. We despatch orders Monday to Friday only. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail second class post. (with the exception of the Sandhurst Medal which is delivered by Signed and tracked.)

We do ask that you allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive if in the UK, and 14 days if outside the UK before contacting us on

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we ship items worldwide. Our charges are dependant on the weight of the package. See table above for our charges.

Can I send to a different address?

Yes your delivery address can be different to your home billing address, so you can send a gift or arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace or a neighbour who you know is in during the daytime.

Delivery to Academy Lines

Free delivery is available within the academy to Officer Cadets, RMAS staff and their families ONLY.

Returns process

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, please email to discuss your options.

Should you wish to return any product,  please send to us in a fully resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt and where possible in the original packaging.

Once we have received the returned item we can either refund or send out a replacement

Where should I send returns?

All returns should be sent to The Sandhurst Trust shop, Old College, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 4PQ


Please note that you will be responsible for postage & packaging costs if you return part or all of your order unless faulty. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

When you return goods, we recommend that you retain proof of posting from your shipper. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

When will I get my refund?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your return.
